3 modes are possible: clockwise, counterclockwise, and alternately clockwise and counterclockwise.
4 programs are available (can be used in all 3 modes)

• 5 minute rotation cycle. Rest for 55 minutes. Repetition (this is equivalent to about 1000 revolutions per day)
• 4 minute rotation cycle. Rest for 26 minutes. Repeat (this is equivalent to approximately 1500 revolutions per day)
• 3 minute rotation cycle. Rest for 12 minutes. Repeat (this is equivalent to approximately 2300 revolutions per day)
• Rotation cycle of 3 hours. Rest for 9 hours. Repeat (this equates to approximately 2900 revolutions per day)
